We are a well-established firm of solicitors based in Bamber Bridge is seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join our friendly team on a part-time basis (30 hours per week).
This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional office environment and can confidently manage a broad range of administrative responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.
The role
You will play a key part in supporting our solicitors and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key responsibilities
General office administration and filing (paper and electronic)
Answering and directing telephone calls
Managing incoming and outgoing post and emails
Providing administrative support to solicitors and fee earners
Maintaining client records and documentation
- Liaising with clients in a professional and courteous manner
About you
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Previous administrative or office experience (legal experience desirable but not essential)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Good IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
A professional, discreet and proactive approach
Hours & salary
Hours: 30 hours per week (days and working pattern to be agreed)
Location: Bamber Bridge, Preston
Salary: Market-aligned and dependent on experience, skills and performance
